Job summary

Jersey Evening Post Job Boards is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator within the FM Helpdesk to support high-quality facilities management across our portfolio. You will work with Cleaning and Engineering Managers, operational teams and approved contractors to plan, schedule and administer both planned and reactive works.

The role centers on day-to-day service delivery at pace, ensuring resources are aligned, communicated and coordinated to consistently meet contractual SLA and KPI

Qualifications

• Must be able to coordinate multiple tasks and teams across Contractors
• Strong administrative and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer planned works, maintenance, and reactive call-out services
• Ensure operational activity is planned, resourced and communicated to Managers, teams and contractors to meet SLA/KPI requirements
