Malvern Panalytical is seeking a Facilities Manager UK to lead facilities operations across UK sites, ensuring safe, efficient, and well-maintained workplaces that support our people and business objectives.

Reporting to the Regional Facilities Manager, you will oversee services, maintenance, safety compliance, supplier performance, and improvement projects, driving continuous efficiency in a multi-site environment.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in facilities management or related field.
• Proven facilities management experience in manufacturing, industrial, technical, or corporate environments.
• Strong knowledge of facilities operations, building maintenance, health & safety legislation, and vendor management.
• Experience managing budgets, contractors, projects, and performance across multiple service areas.
• Proficient in FM systems and reporting with good analytical skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day facilities operations across UK sites, including maintenance, security, cleaning, waste, landscaping, and workplace services.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements through governance and audits.
• Manage facilities budgets, track expenditure, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Oversee supplier and contractor relationships to ensure service delivery and contract obligations.
• Lead facilities improvement projects and sustainability programmes to enhance the employee experience.
• Build strong relationships with site leaders and act as the primary facilities contact.
