Assets And Investments seeks a Building Coordinator to keep a large office running safely and efficiently. You will support facilities management, coordinate contractors and maintain compliance records to deliver a welcoming workplace.

You will contribute to Health and Safety, sustainability and emergency preparedness, and support internal teams with space services and meeting room management.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting the day-to-day operation of a large office, building or similar facilities management environment.
• Demonstrable experience of Health and Safety, environmental and compliance requirements within a workplace or facilities environment.
• Experience coordinating or supporting contractors and suppliers, including safe working practices and relevant documentation.
• Experience undertaking facilities administration, such as compliance records, purchase orders, stock control, room/desk bookings or maintenance systems.
