Job summary

Mitie Group plc. seeks a Facilities & Projects Manager to deliver FM services and capital projects across the estate. You will lead engineering maintenance, compliance, lifecycle asset replacement and safety while driving continuous improvement.

You will oversee projects end-to-end, support day-to-day FM operations, ensure regulatory compliance and drive performance across building assets and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Building services, statutory compliance and asset management knowledge.
• Contractor and stakeholder management experience.
• CAFM and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage facilities management operations and capital projects from initiation through to completion.
• Develop scopes, specifications, business cases, programmes and cost plans for projects.
• Monitor delivery against milestones, budgets and quality standards.
