Job summary

Mitie Group plc. seeks a Projects Manager to deliver facilities management and capital projects across the Heathrow estate.

You will lead projects from concept through to handover, manage budgets and compliance, and coordinate teams of contractors and consultants to deliver safe, compliant assets. Qualifications

• FM and Project Management experience is essential.
• Knowledge of building services, statutory compliance and asset management.
• Experience managing contractors and stakeholders.
• CAFM and Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• Desirable: Prince2/APM/PMP or equivalent qualification.
• Desirable: health and safety qualifications (IOSH NEBOSH).
• Desirable: degree or equivalent in Engineering/Building Services.
• Desirable: NVQ in Electrical or Plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction, refurbishment, lifecycle and estate improvement projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop scopes, business cases, programmes and cost plans; monitor milestones and budgets.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers and subcontractors; ensure CDM & H&S compliance.
• Oversee proactive FM operations, maintenance programmes and statutory compliance.
• Review CAFM data, performance metrics and reporting; support emergencies and continuity planning.
• Act as liaison between client, contractors and operational teams; provide updates.
• Manage procurement, quotations and contractor costs; identify efficiencies.
