Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Site Supervisor to join the Newport team.

The role focuses on delivering facilities management operations, coordinating with third-party suppliers, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards on site. Key responsibilities include monitoring maintenance activities, enforcing HSE procedures, maintaining site appearance, and coordinating resources across mail, reprographics, and records.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering integrated services with supply partners.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Effective communication across all levels of the client organisation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver FM operations in line with KPI and output measures.
• Monitor third-party maintenance activities and report required corrections.
• Comply with QHSE requirements per SLA.
• Act as Fire Marshall or emergency team member as needed.
• Record accidents and health incidents in required logs.
• Ensure contractors follow HSE standards within client scope.
• Perform monthly SLA self-assessments to support quarterly performance.
• Maintain site image and visual standards, address issues promptly.
• Provide flexible support to FM operations including mail, reprographics, records.
• Check printers, toner, stationery; manage goods in/out and deliveries.
• Coordinate site waste and recycling; perform fire testing checks.
• Raise purchase orders; approve invoices and supplier statements.
• Understand customer requirements and keep them updated.
• Act as deputy in absence of line management; arrange coverage.
