Job description

The Facilities Operations Manager will play a key role in managing the various EMEA locations, with a primary goal of fostering and developing internal culture and bringing different teams together. We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Professional responsible for the delivery of Facilities Operations, reporting to the EMEA Regional Facilities Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of Facilities Operations in traditional and serviced offices across the EMEA Region.
  • Ensure the delivery of best-in-class workplace environments to all client employees and contingent workers, including leading initiatives and special projects to enhance the workplace experience.
  • Work closely with the Planning and Projects team to ensure the successful delivery of new workplace spaces that enable the client to scale successfully.
  • Manage relationships with landlords, managing agents, contractors, and local vendors.
  • Collaborate with key business partners and cross-functional groups across EMEA.
  • Manage business-critical and emergency situations promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Oversee consistent levels of customer service across all EMEA sites.
  • Ensure alignment of standards for hard and soft services, including PPM delivery, events management, MAC process, shipping process, and management of IFM contracts with SLA’s & KPI’s.
  • Manage facilities budgets and forecasting across sites.
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the facilities environment.
  • Produce and communicate management information such as financial reports, KPI’s, SLA’s, and PSC.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • 8+ years of experience in facilities operations or management within MNCs.
  • Excellent people management skills with a vision for future development of the FM function.
  • Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Ability to handle high-level communication with EMEA leadership and Heads of Office.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Third-level qualification, preferably in property, facilities, or operations.
  • Experience in multi-site or campus facilities operations management roles.
  • Ability to work effectively within deadlines in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up.
  • Experience managing multiple offices across different time zones.
