The Facilities Operations Manager will play a key role in managing various EMEA locations. A key goal will be to foster and develop internal culture and bring different teams together. We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Professional responsible for the delivery of Facilities Operations, reporting to the EMEA Regional Facilities Manager. This is a full-time, temporary position based in London or Dublin.

Responsibilities

  1. Management of Facilities Operations in traditional and serviced offices across the EMEA Region.
  2. Ensure the delivery of best-in-class workplace experiences to all employees and contingent workers, including leading initiatives and special projects to enhance the workplace environment.
  3. Work closely with the Planning and Projects team to ensure successful delivery of new workplace spaces that enable the client to scale effectively.
  4. Manage relationships with landlords, managing agents, contractors, and local vendors.
  5. Collaborate with key business partners and cross-functional groups across EMEA.
  6. Handle business-critical and emergency situations promptly, minimizing disruption.
  7. Oversee consistent levels of customer service across all EMEA sites.
  8. Align standards in terms of hard and soft services, including PPM delivery, events management, MAC process, shipping process, and management of IFM contracts with SLAs and KPIs.
  9. Manage facilities budgets and forecasting across sites.
  10. Drive continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the facilities environment.
  11. Produce and communicate management information such as financial reports, KPIs, SLAs, and PSC.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent people management skills with a vision for future development of the FM function.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Experience in vendor contract management.
  • Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Ability to handle high-level communication with EMEA leadership and heads of office.
  • Facilities operations/management experience in an MNC.
  • Vendor management experience.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Third-level qualification, preferably in property, facilities, or operations.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in multi-site or campus facilities operations management.
  • Ability to work effectively within deadlines in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up.
  • Experience working across multiple offices and time zones.
