Job Description:
What you'll be doing:
- Implement and manage local health & safety systems within the cluster in line with Trust-wide Health & Safety procedures, liaising with the Estates and Facilities department and resilience teams as required.
- Manage, liaise, and work with all stakeholders of the Trust regarding estate projects and capital program management across the Trust, including Green Plan initiatives.
- Lead and advise on the engineering mechanical and electrical aspects of the capital program, working with providers of Hard FM services, and in a team structure with specialist partners and advisors.
- Manage, liaise, and work with third-party contractors, Landlord providers, and E&F staff regarding estates management of all CLCH sites.
- Oversee and ensure all hard and soft FM provisions, including waste, site systems, food, and catering suppliers, meet quality and service standards.
- Monitor site systems such as CCTV, FM services, BMS, energy systems, telephones, and alarm systems, ensuring proper maintenance.
What we’re looking for:
- Professional knowledge acquired through a degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience implementing policies and practices impacting other departments.
- Experience in recruitment and staff management, including performance management.
- Proven experience as a budget holder and payments signatory, managing contractors and payment procedures.
- Experience in risk management, change management, and planning and prioritizing maintenance activities and projects.
