A leading company in the technology sector is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to oversee operations across the EMEA region. The role involves managing facilities, enhancing workplace experiences, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong people management skills, experience in multi-site operations, and a vision for future development. This position offers a dynamic environment with opportunities for continuous improvement.
Location: London – Kings Cross (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
Responsibilities:
- Management of Facilities Operations in traditional and serviced offices across the EMEA Region
- Ensure the delivery of best in class workplace to all Employees, including leading initiatives and special projects to enhance the workplace experience.
- Work closely with the Planning and Projects team to ensure the successful delivery of a best in class office of new workplace space, that provides appropriate solutions to enable company to scale successfully
- Management of the working relationships with Landlords, Managing Agents, contractors and local vendors.
- Work closely with key business partners and cross functional groups across EMEA.
- Control of business critical/emergency situations and seeks to resolve promptly while ensuring minimum disruption to the business.
- Oversee excellent and consistent levels of customer service delivery across all EMEA sites.
- Management of Facilities budget/forecasting across the sites.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the facilities environment.
- Produce and communicate management information (financial, KPI’s , SLA’s, PSC )
Requirements:
- Excellent people management skills with a vision for future development of the FM function.
- Strong Client Relationship Management
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills
Minimum Qualifications:
- Third level qualified, preferable in property, facilities or operations
- 3 + years’ experience in Multi Site / Campus Facilities Operations management role
- Ability to work effectively within deadlines in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Organizational skills coupled with attention to detail and follow-up
- Experience in a multi-office environment across multiple time zones
