Job summary

ABM UK is seeking a Dual Services Manager to oversee security, cleanliness, hygiene and waste management at a key client site. The role involves leading multi-disciplinary teams, coordinating rosters, and delivering on contractual obligations with a focus on safety and quality.

You will manage budgets, produce monthly reports, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery while maintaining strong client relationships and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must hold SIA Front Line Door Supervisory License.
• SIA CCTV Licence desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts in line with company policies.
• Maintain high cleanliness, hygiene and waste standards.
• Deploy security and cleaning teams per site rotas and document incidents.
• Prepare monthly budget forecasts and reconciliations.
• Provide professional support on service-related matters.
