ABM UK is seeking a Dual Services Manager to oversee security, cleanliness, hygiene and waste management at a key client site. The role involves leading multi-disciplinary teams, coordinating rosters, and delivering on contractual obligations with a focus on safety and quality.

You will manage budgets, produce monthly reports, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery while maintaining strong client relationships and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must hold SIA Front Line Door Supervisory License.
• SIA CCTV Licence desirable.

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

ABM UK is seeking a dynamic and experienced Dual Services Manager to join our team. As the Dual Services Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the highest standards of security, cleanliness, hygiene, waste management, and other contractual tasks at our client's Shopping Centre. You will ensure that all operations are carried out efficiently and effectively, meeting client expectations and company policies and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and waste management are consistently achieved
• Ensure both the security and cleaning teams are deployed in line with site rotas, communicating effectively and managing & recording any incidents occurring on site.
• Complete Monthly Reporting to include budget forecasts and monthly reconciliations
• Provide professional support to the business in service-related matters
• Control staff rosters, payroll, and manning levels
• Deliver excellent communication and motivation to the site-based teams
• Ensure compliance with quality performance measures and resolve any non-compliance issues
• Significant experience in Managing a multi-disciplinary teams
• Proven track record in delivering high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Experience in budget forecasting and controlling
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Health & Safety Certificate

QUALIFICATIONS

• SIA Front Line Door Supervisory License
• SIA CCTV Licence (Desirable)
