Sphere, a global developer, is seeking a Facilities Co-Ordinator to join a prestigious mixed-use development in Bristol. You will support the Estates Operations Manager in facilities management, maintenance, and workplace services across occupied buildings and assets.

The role involves coordinating contractor-led maintenance, ensuring statutory compliance, and delivering small facilities projects, plus providing operational support to the Property Manager across the property portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Estates Operations Manager in the delivery of facilities management, maintenance, compliance, and workplace services across occupied buildings and operational assets.
• Taking responsibility for contractor-led maintenance activities, statutory compliance coordination and the delivery of small facilities projects.
• Providing operational support to the Property Manager across my clients completed property portfolio.
