Job summary

BRISTOL MISSING LINK is seeking a proactive Female Facilities Manager to oversee optimal facilities across locations and working environments. The role includes Health & Safety oversight and management of accommodation-based services, plus full administration of office contracts.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a similar role, strong leadership, and robust IT and communication skills. A full driving licence and willingness to travel Bristol area are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years proven experience in a similar facilities/management role.
• Experience supervising office administration and staff.
• Strong numeracy and literacy to supervisor/manager level.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills; able to prioritise and work under pressure.
• Proficient IT skills and ability to train others.
• Experience creating and developing computerised records using database packages.
• Able to work on own initiative and travel across Bristol and surrounding areas.
• Good written and verbal communication across all levels.
• Knowledge of lease documentation and facilities contracts.
• Commitment to equality and diversity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Health & Safety at all offices and ensure checks are carried out.
• Ensure accommodation standards and Health and Safety practice in accommodation-based services.
• Administer office-related contracts and services.
• Travel throughout Bristol and surrounding areas to fulfil duties.
