We are looking for a customer-focused individual to join our Facilities Administration team in the Create Building.
In this busy environment, you will assist customers with booking and paying for facilities, answering questions about our services. Full training will be provided. Most contact will be over the phone or via email, with occasional face-to-face meetings.
The primary focus will be assisting customers with booking and payments for our community centres and sports pitches. You will also be involved with our cemeteries and burial processes, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
You should be comfortable using Microsoft systems along with our electronic booking and payment system.

Crawley offers a thriving business district and excellent transport links, including Gatwick Airport. Our modern Town Hall, opened in 2023, is located a short walk from the town centre and railway station.
The post holder will be excluded from the Flexible Working Hours Scheme. Working hours are 22.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 12:30 pm to 5:00 pm. Hours may increase during busy periods, sickness, or holidays.
First Aid at Work qualification must be completed within three months of employment, with a first aid allowance provided.
