Job summary

Avison Young is seeking a Facilities Management professional to oversee the operation of multiple properties in Liverpool. The role reports to the Regional FM lead and requires ensuring services align with lease terms and budget expectations while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will manage service charges, safety compliance, energy use, and reporting, collaborating with the Management Surveyor and the wider FM team to deliver reliable, sustainable facilities services.

Qualifications

• H&S trained to IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent (desirable)
• Experience working in a multi-site facilities management environment
• Good IT skills and familiarity with facilities software and reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational services for multiple properties in line with leases and management guidance
• Prepare and monitor service charge budgets with the management surveyor
• Engage with occupiers, maintain tenant contacts and safety lists
• Deliver high-quality customer service to occupiers and clients
• Monitor energy and water use and drive sustainability actions
