Suffolk New College is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the Estates & Facilities Management at the Suffolk Rural campus in Otley. You will support two existing managers and help ensure a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment for students, staff and visitors.

You will drive high-quality facilities services, contribute to a major £2.5m redevelopment project, manage ongoing maintenance across the site, and coordinate FM activities while travelling between Ipswich, Halesworth

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management and estate operations.
• Willingness to travel between campuses and operate across sites.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
