ABM UK is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead hard FM and utilities delivery across Belfast sites, ensuring safety, compliance, and excellent site presentation. You will manage engineering teams, contract partners, and budgets while reporting performance and risks to the Contracts Manager.

You will oversee PPM and reactive maintenance, drive continuous improvement, and maintain strong client relationships. A driving licence and flexibility to cover multiple sites are required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum five years in technical FM or utilities operations with leadership.
• Strong knowledge of PPM, reactive maintenance and CAFM.
• Experience managing site teams, subcontractors and reporting.
• Budgeting, purchasing and financial control experience.
• Full driving licence and ability to work across sites.

• Lead hard FM and utilities delivery across sites.
• Direct engineering teams and contractors; manage shutdowns.
• Ensure safety, compliance, PTW, RAMS and audits.
• Develop and manage site teams; set performance standards.
• Provide reports on performance, risks and priorities.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and supplier performance.
• Maintain site appearance and QA through audits.
