Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a Facilities Manager or similar FM leadership role.
• Knowledge of facilities management, compliance, health and safety, and contractor management.
• Experience managing budgets, suppliers, and service contracts.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise varied workload.
• Experience driving service improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facilities operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and professional working environment.
• Manage maintenance, compliance, and continuous improvement across the contract.
• Maintain records for compliance-related activities.
• Lead facilities services in line with contractual obligations and client expectations.
• Act as primary contact for facilities-related issues and escalations.
• Manage service providers to meet service levels and standards.
• Report on performance and governance to strengthen client confidence.
• Drive energy management, maintenance planning, and sustainability initiatives.
• Identify cost efficiencies in budgets and procurement.
• Seek opportunities to improve service delivery and customer experience.
