CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting for a Technical Facilities Manager.

The purpose of the role is to oversee the operational delivery of all Facility Management services with hands-on responsibilities in Portsmouth.

Responsibilities and daily activities:

• Ensuring compliance with legislative, Client, and CBRE Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements at site(s).
• Work with multi-site Facilities Manager to coordinate local client and CBRE budgets/forecasting and report any out-of-line situations.
• Approve invoices; goods received notes and statements for payment purposes.
• Deliver all FM Operations SLA's in accordance with KPI & Output measurements.
• Coordinate with operations team and third-party suppliers to deliver service level agreements.
• Support/Monitor 3rd party maintenance supplier activities and report any corrective works.
• Work with project managers to ensure integrated FM/projects delivery.
• Report all accidents, occupational illnesses, and emergencies within 12 hours.
• Ensure contractors operate within QHSE processes and client standards.
• Conduct monthly SLA checks to support quarterly contract performance.
• Create and validate site procedures aligned to Honeywell standards.
• Maintain the site's image and visual standards.
• Manage and develop local staff to maintain motivation.
• Communicate effectively within the team and with customers.
