Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with the landlord House Reception team to maintain high standards for DXC staff and clients.
- Manage site services delivery and resolve issues, including Post/deliveries, Cleaning, Vending, Office Services, Waste, and Hard Services, in line with SLAs/KPIs.
- Control and manage the site financial budget, including accurate forecasting and participation in client review meetings.
- Raise Purchase Orders, manage FCRs (Funding Client Requests), and support wider UK account activities as needed.
- Oversee third-party contractors, including inductions, QHSE paperwork, and site escorting.
- Ensure full compliance with all QHSE requirements and complete monthly health & safety documentation.
- Maintain the compliance tracker and monitor daily site work orders to meet KPI targets.
- Coordinate meeting room setups, support business continuity testing, and ensure equipment safety and operation.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive service and effective communication.
- Support out-of-scope projects and liaise with teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Update site information regularly across platforms like SI7, Smartsheet, Vantage, MYHSE, E-logbooks, Harbour, and Adaptive.
- Develop relationships with clients, stakeholders, suppliers, and landlord representatives.
- Prepare weekly utilization reports, assist with hospitality requests, and manage e-logbooks and site audits.
- Manage the car parking badging system and seek service improvement opportunities.
Person Specification:
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- At least 5 years of experience in FM or related services environment.
- Good knowledge of SLAs/KPIs, contracts, and negotiations.
- Experience managing suppliers and contractors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, with strong budgeting skills and flexibility for project support.
- Experience in customer service within a corporate environment.
- Security clearance is required.
