Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is recruiting an experienced Facilities Manager to support a large public sector contract across the Merseyside area. The role focuses on delivering hard FM services across multiple sites and supervising site teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management, ideally managing hard services.
• Experience managing engineering or maintenance teams.
• Strong understanding of PPM and reactive maintenance.
• Experience using CAFM systems.
• Good Health & Safety and compliance knowledge.
• Strong customer and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness with budgets and financial tracking.
• Experience delivering small works or projects.
• IOSH or similar Health & Safety qualification advantageous.

Responsibilities

Our client, a leading Facilities Management provider, is looking to appoint an experienced Facilities Manager to support a large public sector contract across the Merseyside area.

This is an operational management role overseeing the delivery of hard facilities services across multiple sites. You will be responsible for supporting site teams, maintaining service standards and ensuring planned and reactive maintenance activities are completed effectively and in line with contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities
