A leading recruitment firm seeks a Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties in the South East. The role involves operational and financial management, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high service standards. You will be responsible for overseeing our client portfolio of commercial properties across the home countries. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the operational, financial, and strategic management of facilities within a vibrant and diverse environment. Undertake inspection of each property at least once each month. Ensure facilities at each property are maintained in good and safe working order and are fully compliant with all relevant regulations and legislation. Regularly monitor and review contracts and agreements to ensure they represent best value and performance is maintained to a good level, and where this is no longer achieved to enter into replacement contracts and agreements meeting these requirements. This role offers flexible working with an excellent benefits package. My client is happy for this role to work 2 days remotely as long as they live in the South East / London area as they will times where they will have to travel in the South East region.
