Job summary

Airbus is offering a Facilities Management Technical Apprenticeship at their Broughton site, North Wales. This full-time 3-year program combines on-site experience with college training and starts in September 2027.

Earn a full-time salary while studying; the apprenticeship delivers a Level 3 qualification in Facilities Management through Coleg Cambria (year 1) and Gower College (years 2–3). Applications open until early January 2027.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C/4 or above which must include Maths, English Language and Science (C in Physics or double award in Science at minimum CC)
• Submit your CV stating your grades and if they are predicted or achieved
• Submit a Cover Letter highlighting your passion and suitability for this apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Facilities Services: support daily issues on site and ensure maintenance readiness
• Sustainability: contribute to energy and asset management initiatives
• Minor Works Projects: assist in developing infrastructure specifications and supplier proposals
• Health and Safety: understand responsibilities and assist with site audits and compliance
