Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited offers a Facilities Management Technical Apprenticeship at Broughton, North Wales, beginning September 2027. The 3-year programme blends college study (Coleg Cambria in year 1 and Gower College in years 2–3) with hands-on placements at the Wing Manufacturing Centre of Excellence.

You will gain an IWFM Level 3 apprenticeship while earning a full-time salary. Starting salary is £19,185 for a 35-hour week, with benefits including 25 days holidays plus bank holidays,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C/4 or above including Maths, English Language and Science (Physics or double award in Science)
• Submit CV with grades and indication if predicted/achieved
• Submit a Cover Letter highlighting passion and suitability for this apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Work as an engineer to support daily on-site issues and maintenance
• Collaborate with external service providers to ensure service delivery
• Contribute to sustainability, minor works projects and health & safety initiatives
• Assist in developing infrastructure specifications and evaluating supplier proposals to improve asset performance
