Job summary

Airbus S.A.S. invites applicants to join a 40-month Facilities Management Technical Apprenticeship based at our world-leading aircraft manufacturing site in Broughton, North Wales.

The programme blends 3 years of paid work with academic study at Coleg Cambria and Gower College, delivering a Level 3 framework while earning a full-time salary with zero fees. You will rotate through Facilities Services, Sustainability, Minor Works Projects and Health & Safety, gaining high engineering skills and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C/4 or above including Maths, English Language and Science.
• Awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to integrity.

Responsibilities

• Work as an engineer to support daily on-site issues and maintenance; ensure robustness of planned preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with external service providers to ensure service delivery.
• Develop infrastructure specifications to improve assets and standardise equipment.
• Evaluate external supplier workmanship standards.
• Develop projects that reduce issues and improve reliability.
• Carry out health and safety audits to ensure site compliance.

Education
