Vertas is seeking a Facilities Management Account Manager to lead commercial relationships across a designated geographic area and deliver high-quality FM services. The role is hybrid, with home-based work and regular travel to customer sites across Nottinghamshire.

You will manage accounts, lead operational teams, review service performance, and identify opportunities for growth while ensuring contractual compliance and excellent customer care.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management or Account Management.
• Experience delivering multi-site service delivery.
• Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation and compliance requirements.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across Nottinghamshire.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers within customer organisations.
• Coordinate delivery of Building Cleaning, Site Management and associated Facilities Management services.
• Provide technical advice and support to customers and employees.
• Lead, support and develop operational teams.
• Monitor budgets and service standards; review performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Produce tender bids and support contract retention activities.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and growth.
