Job summary

City Facilities Management Ltd. is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager for the East Midlands, covering Nottingham and Leicester, to lead a mobile technical team delivering PPM and reactive maintenance for a major UK retail client.

You will manage engineers, drive improvements against KPIs, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee scheduling audits, training, and cost control within budget. The role demands strong leadership in a multi-client retail FM environment and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Recognised technical background in hard FM and maintenance.
• Experience leading a team in retail FM environments.
• CAFМ system experience and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coverage of sites 365/24/7 for reactive and planned maintenance.
• Provide technical coaching to mobile engineering team.
• Drive KPI performance and action plans for improvement.
• Ensure tools/equipment availability for maintenance delivery.
• Support operations manager on technical and process issues.
• Cover duties during absence or holidays as required.
