Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a diligent maintenance technician to deliver planned and reactive maintenance across M&E and building fabric systems at client sites in the Leicester area. You will ensure works orders and PPMs meet contract SLAs/KPIs, assist with safety documentation, site logs, contractor control, and callout responses, with a driving licence and right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

NVQ or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services.
Sound knowledge of safety documentation and site safety procedures.
CSCS card or equivalent qualification and basic IT literacy.

Responsibilities

Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across M&E and building fabric systems.
Ensure all delegated reactive works orders and PPMs are completed within contract-defined time SLAs & KPIs.
Provide contribution to efficiency, effectiveness and contract profitability.
Complete service sheets and update site compliance logbooks accordingly.
Undertake contractor control duties and monitor workmanship to meet standards.
Support the site supervisor with integrated delivery of contracted services, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Provide a callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota.
Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements on site.
