Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a mobile Maintenance Technician to cover East Anglia. The role involves planned and reactive maintenance across M&E and building fabric systems, ensuring works are completed within SLAs and KPIs to support contract profitability.

You will complete service sheets, monitor contractors, and assist the site supervisor to deliver safe, on-time, and quality work. NVQ in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services, CSCS card, and a valid driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

Applicant must have the right to work in the UK.
Must hold a current, valid driving licence.
NVQ or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services with maintenance experience.
Knowledge of safety documentation and procedures must be demonstrated.
CSCS Skills card or equivalent qualification.
Understanding of First Aid.
IT literate with basic Excel and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across M&E and building fabric systems.
Ensure all reactive works orders and PPMs are completed within SLAs & KPIs.
Contribute to contract profitability and overall service delivery.
Complete service sheets and update site compliance logbooks.
Undertake contractor control duties, monitoring workmanship and standards.
Support the site supervisor with integrated service delivery, ensuring safety and quality.
Provide callout response for the client as per the callout rota.
