Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a mobile facilities technician to manage Reactive Works orders and planned maintenance against contract SLAs. You will complete service sheets, monitor site compliance logs, and support contractor oversight to meet safety and quality standards.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00. The role requires a full UK driving licence, basic mechanical, electrical and plumbing knowledge, and strong problem-solving and communication skills for effective teamwork on

Qualifications

Right to work in the UK.
Full driving licence is required.
Basic mechanical, electrical and plumbing knowledge.
Legionella awareness – training will be given.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility and adaptability for varied tasks.
Willing to be on call one week in four.

Responsibilities

Complete delegated Reactive Works orders and PPMs within contract SLAs and KPIs.
Contribute to overall efficiency, effectiveness and contract profitability.
Complete service sheets and update site compliance logbooks accordingly.
Undertake contractor control duties and monitor workmanship to meet standards.
Support the site supervisor with integrated delivery of contracted services, on time, within budget and to quality standards.
