Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a mobile maintenance technician to cover North East and North West England, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across M&E and building fabric systems.

You will ensure work orders and PMs are completed within SLAs, contribute to efficiency and profitability, and support contractors and site safety. A valid driving licence and safety qualifications are essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services.
• CSCS Skills card or equivalent qualification.
• IT literate with basic Excel & Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across M&E and building fabric systems.
• Ensure all reactive works orders and PPMs are completed within contract-defined SLAs & KPIs.
• Contribute to overall efficiency, effectiveness and contract profitability and delivery of service.
