Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a versatile Facilities Maintenance Technician to manage upkeep and repair of building systems at its Randburg premises. You will perform routine inspections across electrical, plumbing and HVAC, respond to maintenance requests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safety and compliance with local codes.

The role requires broad technical skills, a proactive approach, and a valid driving license for off-site tasks in Gauteng.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Facilities Maintenance Technician or in a similar trade role.
• Broad knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and interpret technical manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Must hold a valid driver's license for potential off-site tasks within Gauteng.
