Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct a team of maintenance technicians, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient workflow.

• Collaborate with production management to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.
• Investigate equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Plant Supervisor, or similar leadership role in an industrial plant.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems and their maintenance requirements.
• Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance techniques and software.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex maintenance issues and develop effective solutions.
• Proficiency in managing work orders and maintenance documentation.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures in an industrial environment.
• Relevant technical qualification or trade certification in a mechanical or electrical discipline.
• Ability to work on-site in Randburg and adapt to varying operational demands.
• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is highly desirable.
