Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Assistant Lead at Leavesden to uphold high standards of maintenance across offices, sound stages, workshops and external areas. You will support the Lead FMA in safety, contractor coordination and daily operations.

In this role, you’ll drive maintenance planning, monitor compliance, train the team, and respond to emergencies to minimise downtime while delivering exceptional studio experiences.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in construction, facilities or similar roles.
• Multi-trade capabilities across trades and crafts.
• Solid understanding of COSHH and safety compliance.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Assist in developing long-term maintenance strategy aligned with facilities objectives.
• Champion innovation and stay informed on evolving industry practices.
• Report progress and updates, diagnose and resolve issues promptly.
