Job summary

Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Assistant Lead to drive upkeep and presentation of the studio. You will support the Lead FMA across offices, sound stages, workshops and external areas, ensuring space is safe, functional and well-presented.

You will coordinate contractors, oversee daily workflows and help develop a multi-skilled team while maintaining high standards, monitoring performance and safe working practices in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Senior supervisory experience in construction, facilities or equivalent.
• Multi-trade capability across maintenance disciplines.
• Solid COSHH understanding and safety mindset.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organise planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Assist in developing long-term maintenance strategy for the studio.
• Champion innovation and keep updated on industry practices.
• Report progress and updates; diagnose and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of time, works and materials.
• Ensure health & safety compliance across activities and PPE usage.
• Train and supervise the team on equipment and procedures.
• Respond to emergencies with permanent or temporary fixes.
• Provide guidance to contractors on site.
