Job summary

Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Assistant Lead to help maintain and present our high‑profile studio spaces.

You will support the Lead FMA, oversee maintenance across offices, sound stages, workshops and exterior areas, ensuring safety and excellent presentation. You’ll coordinate contractors, monitor daily workflows, and develop a multi‑skilled team, upholding high standards, safe working practices and efficient site operations within a dynamic, professional

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience within the construction industry or facilities or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating maintenance across multi‑space environments.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety standards and COSHH.
• Valid UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Assist in developing long‑term maintenance strategy aligned with department objectives.
• Coordinate contractors and monitor daily workflows.
• Maintain accurate records of works, including time spent and materials used.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and proper PPE use.
• Support formation of a multi‑skilled team and training records.
