Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery, a premier global media and entertainment company, seeks an Assistant Lead Plumber to maintain, modify and install plumbing systems at Leavesden studios.

You will work with the Lead Plumber, Maintenance Manager and Facilities Administrators to oversee jobs from start to finish and to keep the site safe and compliant. The role requires experience with industrial/commercial systems, NVQ plumbing qualifications, and a UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Plumbing & Heating or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience with industrial/commercial HVAC & plumbing systems.
• Ability to interpret drawings and building specifications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Write and deliver risk assessments and method statements.
• Monitor health & safety compliance, PPE usage, and site policy.
• Operate and maintain mechanical systems via the BMS.
• Supervise and mentor team members; perform small installation work as needed.
• Respond to emergencies to implement permanent or safe temporary fixes.
