Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in London is seeking a Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineer to maintain electrical and mechanical systems on site.

You will perform planned and reactive maintenance, generate technical reports, and ensure compliance with health, safety and quality obligations while coordinating with the Help Desk and managers. This role requires strong communication and IT/report writing skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in maintenance or electrical/mechanical engineering apprenticeship or equivalent
• 18th Edition IEE: Wiring and Installation; 2391 testing is beneficial
• Excellent communication and IT/report writing skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet client deadlines

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance per PPM and task schedules
• Produce technical and situational reports as required
• Use company systems to stay compliant with contractual obligations
• Communicate clearly with team and clients; provide first line out-of-hours call out
• Manage subcontractors and update client CAFM system
• Assist in quotations for additional works; attend team meetings and write weekly timesheets
