• Be the main contact for tradesmen and suppliers in specified locations.
• Use Microsoft Planner and Excel; perform regular maintenance checks.
• Observe safe working practices and ensure a safe environment for people and staff.
• Collaborate with Health & Safety teams and ensure compliance.
• Provide key-holding services as required.
