• Carry out minor plumbing repairs and fix leaks.
• Assist with painting and decorating duties.
• Support HVAC system upkeep and ensure functionality.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance work.
• Respond promptly to emergency repairs.
• Grass cutting, hedge trimming and litter removal.
• Contribute to Legionella testing compliance.
