Job summary

Sense Scotland seeks a Facilities Officer to manage the physical environment across its West Scotland sites, mainly Glasgow. Travel to other sites is expected; a full driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities or handyman role.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel across sites as needed.
• Good team-working and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the physical environment across Sense Scotland sites.
• Be the main point of contact for tradesmen and suppliers within locations east or west.
• Use and input data into Planner and Excel; perform routine maintenance checks.
• Observe safe working practices and ensure a safe environment for people and staff.
• Coordinate with Health & Safety teams and maintain compliance.
