Job summary

Brainkind in Glasgow is seeking a Maintenance Worker/Driver to join our Eastfields site. You will manage maintenance and upkeep of the building and site services, ensuring smooth operation and safety compliance.

The role requires a pro-active communicator with a valid driving licence, and knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and COSHH. Hours are 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• A driving license is essential.
• Awareness/knowledge of relevant Health and Safety legislation.
• Knowledge of COSHH.

Responsibilities

• Main duties will include routine maintenance checks and monitoring.
• Undertake minor refurbishment and redecoration as requested.
• Ensure security features including perimeter fencing, lighting, CCTV are maintained.
• Carry out basic repairs internally and externally.
