Job summary

jci is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to support the efficient operation of our manufacturing site in Stockport. In this site-based role, you will coordinate facilities activities, manage compliance schedules, and oversee contractors.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building maintenance and strong organizational skills. You'll work closely with the Maintenance Manager and ensure that all operations meet safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in building maintenance.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and statutory compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule day-to-day facilities maintenance activities.
• Coordinate work orders from request through to successful completion.
• Manage and maintain the site compliance calendar.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
