Make a difference as a Facilities Assistant
Our Facilities Assistants are the hands-on heroes who help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, making sure our centres are always safe, clean and welcoming for our guests
They’re the go-to problem solvers - sweeping in to fix what’s broken, tidy what’s messy, and flag anything that’s not quite right. Whether it’s a leaky tap, a scuffed floor or an unexpected emergency, they’re ready to lend a hand and keep our spaces in top shape, every single day.
You’ll also need a UK Driving Licence to drive our centre vehicles.
Its busy, physical work, but it’s never boring!

No matter your background, ethnicity, age, neurodivergence or anything else ... PGL is a place to be yourself, have fun, make lifelong friends and celebrate what makes you brilliantly unique.
Fair pay and benefits for all
