Job summary

PGL Travel Ltd in Grantham is seeking an Activity Instructor / Group Leader to lead energy-filled outdoor sessions with groups of children.

No previous experience required; your character matters. You will run activities, light campfires, supervise meals, build shelters and check equipment, while staying flexible during peak periods.

We offer a full-time fixed-term contract from May to July 2026, Real Living Wage (£13.45/hour), optional accommodation/meals, and generous staff benefits.
