Job summary

PGL UK Centres is seeking an AIGL Team Leader to guide a team delivering safe, engaging experiences for guests at our UK centres. You’ll train staff, monitor performance, and ensure great guest interactions, especially with families and guardians of visiting children.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of AIGLs; delivering safe, engaging and enjoyable experiences.
• Train and mentor staff; monitor performance in the workplace.
• Deliver activities and evening activities for guests.
• Interact with children and families; gather feedback and report to Guest Experience Manager.
• Be the main point of contact for parents/guardians of visiting children; standby on overnight on-call duty roster.

• Earn £31,382.73 (live-off rate) per annum (our pay system is benchmarked and fair)

This is an amazing opportunity to take your career to the next level. You’ll lead a team of AIGLs; delivering safe, engaging, and enjoyable experiences.

You could be inspiring your team, providing engaging training, or monitoring performance in the workplace - whilst in turn delivering activities and evening activities, to ensure our guests are having a great time.

You’ll get to interacting with children and families, creating great ‘first impressions’ and taking time to understand their experiences, gather feedback, problem solve and make suggestions to the Guest Experience Manager. You’ll be the main point of contact for parents and guardians of children visiting us independently, and also be on rota as the overnight on-call duty manager.
