Magnet is seeking a Facilities Lead to join our team in Darlington, with national travel as needed. You will coordinate contractors, manage facilities works, support compliance activities and drive continuous improvement across our locations.

Salary: £35,000-37,000 per year (Depending on experience)
We're looking for a Facilities Lead to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our sites remain safe, compliant, efficient, and well-maintained. You'll be responsible for coordinating contractors, managing facilities works, supporting compliance activities, and driving continuous improvement across our locations.

As our Facilities Lead, you'll support the day-to-day management of facilities and contractor activities across our sites, ensuring all work is completed safely, compliantly, on time, and to a high standard.

Please note - this role requires travelling to sites across the UK, therefore a full UK Driving Licence and access to a car is essential.
