Job summary

Mitie Group plc in Glasgow is seeking a proactive facilities services coordinator to help deliver service excellence across client sites. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to uphold SOPs, KPI targets and high standards of customer experience.

The role focuses on client relationships, engagement, safety and applying Mitie’s values. You will manage timesheets, expenses, and share knowledge of service offerings while contributing to business development opportunities.

Qualifications

• All applicants must be a UK National
• Deliver exceptional customer experience for internal and external customers visiting corporate facilities
• Understand, follow and drive company standards (SOPs) and KPIs/SLA

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experience at corporate facilities and ensure activities meet SOPs and KPI targets
• Follow and drive SOPs and contract SLAs/KPIs
• Attend monthly team meetings and internal communications
• Maintain positive client perception and knowledge of key stakeholders on the account
• Complete monthly timesheets and expenses, and safeguard company property
• Promote service offerings and identify business development opportunities
• Report near misses and incidents, work safely per QHSE policies
