Job summary

Pinnacle Group is looking for an experienced FM Helpdesk Operator on a 6-month FTC to provide exceptional customer service and support by taking and logging calls to the Helpdesk, managing data input and assisting the FM Helpdesk Administrator in contracts administration at Dartstone West Industrial Estate, Morley, LS27.

The role is office-based, Monday to Friday 8am–4.30pm, with an immediate start and a salary of £26,000 per annum, pro-rata for the 6-month term.

Qualifications

• FM Helpdesk experience with facilities management background.
• Excellent communication and ability to handle multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with Evolution helpdesk software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for all enquiries and log calls promptly.
• Log jobs in CAFM and assign reactive/planned work orders.
• Monitor progress, chase SLAs, and escalate as needed.
• Maintain data integrity and close completed records promptly.
• Raise purchase orders and allocate work to contractors/engineers.
• Track progress and report back to clients and contract staff.
• Keep SharePoint updated with contract and asset information.
